Arbor
Arbor is the management information system that the school uses. Arbor is used to store pupil, parental and emergency contact information. Parents can use Arbor to view attendance information at any time, confirm children are signed up to clubs and supply health information such as any medical condition. Parents can access Arbor via the website or app, once registered at the school both parents will be given Arbor log-in details (we will need email addresses to do this). If you have unique family situations that might make this difficult or complex then please give us a call and we can work this through on an individual basis.
Medical information:
It is essential that all allergy and dietary conditions are on Arbor as this is used by the kitchen to sent school meals menus and help us manage allergies in class situations.
Parent contacts:
Please supply us with at least three adult contacts for children in case there is an emergency and check this regularly, updating changes as necessary.
School meals:
School meals are booked in advance, even if you plan to give your child a packed lunch from home on Arbor. We recommend making this is a regular Sunday morning tasks, you can book the whole week in advance. You will use Arbor to pay for lunches too.
School events:
School trip consents and other ‘start of the year consents’ are on Arbor, you can give consent for your child to attend the trip and pay for the trip. The school shop function is used for tickets to school events as well as purchasing fruit and toast tuck.
