Who are Mission Leaders?
Children have the right to say what they think should happen, when adults are making decisions that affect them, and to have their opinions taken into account. The Convention on the Rights of the Child, Article 12
Mission Leaders are students who represent their class and give every child a voice about their school. Two Mission Leaders from each class meet every other week to plan and focus on school priorities, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to enhance the school and community.
In previous years the Mission Leaders have planned, booked and fundraised for whole school trips. This year our mighty Mission Leaders planned, booked and organised fundraising events for a whole school visit from the Explorer Dome. Every child in the school go to step into the magical dome and explore space!
